Only Prepaid orders are eligible for Return/Exchange, COD orders are only available for Exchange as per the availability of the stock.

Please note that Shipping Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable

Items which are on Sale/ Clearance/ Discount are not returnable, however, we would be happy to replace it as per the availability of the stock ( Flat Rs. 150 is chargeable

EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit

REFUNDS FOR DISCOUNTED ITEMS

In case of orders placed with a discount is returned, a refund to the bank account will not be applicable. The amount will be refunded in the form of a Coupon Code / Store Credit.
